I reckon the 135k sell is Calculus selling, and would have thought they must be close to a <3% RNS very soon !
I am sure Calculus have been selling every day for the past week, (since their last holdings RNS) due to the quantity of Sells at 10K; 15K and 20K +
Once they are below 3%, their selling impact will have little impact on any Good RNS News !

Interestingly he kind of stuttered at the point of saying 'or Testing, Rapid Testing' and turned to glance at Chris Whitty, almost for confirmation about what he had said !!
Only my opinion, but I certainly felt that he was referring to Rapid Tests, that could include POC/PCR Tests for example ?!
I am sure I read somewhere that the UK will be buying Qne PCR Test for every Two LFT Tests as part of the Operation Moonshot ?! - so maybe this is why I am tuned to think about our Tests ??!!
This makes sense to me though, 'if this is the case', as the PCR Test accuracy would be needed to Test and confirm the cheaper LFT Positive Tests ?!
But in which setting PCR/POC Tests would be used ??

Agreed that GHIF must be running on fumes by now, until the 30th June 2021, at least !
What is your thoughts on Calculus, who had reduced their Holding to 3,556,782 (5.62%), as of the RNS dated 9th February (almost a week ago now). We should get an RNS once they sell down to a holding of < 3%, approx half of the Holding (1,775,000 shares). I would have thought they must also be getting close to <3% now :

BGF are out, Zero Share Holding now.
See the RNS OF 8th Feb, which confirmed they had sold down to <3% !
Then we had the Bloomberg screen shot from Billthebank (I believe), which showed that BGF were at Zero holding !
So to me that pretty well just leaves Calculus selling ?!

Our SP moving back up nicely towards the Green finish line !

Hi Bill,
I believe they are coming from Calculus (still selling), like BGF their Financial Support job is done, and they are selling up, to move their support to other 'Up and Coming' businesses !
Their is a lot of Buyer's wanting into GDR (only 63 million Shares in total), which is why any Shares being sold are being snapped up so quickly, and not affecting our SP too badly - Calculus selling in an Orderly Manner !
Once they have sold their lot, nothing stopping our SP rise, news or not, we will Rocket IMHO ! And when News arrives well WOW !

With oxford vaccine news sp will be 30 and with the news of concrete first round of uk vaccination it would be 10 . You can be sure of that.

USA Investors can still Buy into UK Market listed stocks, just as UK Investors can Buy into USA Market listed stocks !
As the News circulates around the USA about the BC/GDR Distribution Agreement, and the Potential Sells, American Investors will explore the potential in Investing in GDR, and at < £100 mil Mcap, they just may well see us as a Great opportunity !!

Cytiva produce 10,000 RT-PCR Beads/hr, or 160,000 in a double 8hr shift/day = 1,120,000 if working 7days/week, I bead = 1 RT-PCR Test !
It was also said that Cytiva could increase their Manufacturing capacity, if need be - eg double up their Production Equipment ?!

GDR Valuation of COVID Tests:
Extract from my post on 12th Sept: - GDR Potential: -
I believe that GDR Mcap is potentially worth £300 mil Mcap, based on projected Sales and Profit.
I expect GDR to sell at least 50,000 RT-PCR Test units/day at £10 per Test = £500,000 per day revenue at 60% profit margin = £300,000 per day profit.
Working on a 5 day week = 5 x £300,000 = £1,500,000 profit per week.
£1,500,000 x 50 wks per year = £75,000,000 profit per year.
Using a standard multiple of 4 for valuation = 4 x £75,000,000 = Mcap of £300,000,000
Mcap of £300,000,000 divided by 52,000,000 shares = a potential SP of £5.77p

I need to change my calculation now, due to increase in GDR Total Shares in market:
Therefore - £300,000,000 divided by 56,464,752 shares = a potential £5.31 SP !

Taking into consideration BGF conversion of their Loan Note to Shares, means our Total Share in Market will rise to 64,000,000 Shares.
Therefore - £300,000,000 divided by 64,000,000 shares = a potential £4.68p SP !
A build up to sell 50,000 RT-PCR Test units/day, is on the conservative side IMO !

Population of Europe is 747,911,496
Massive new cases and deaths in Africa; India and USA, and these Countries will need GDR/BC Tests ! -we have a quality Product, that can Help ! - with more to come !
COVID Tests will be needed for many years to come, way past COVID Vaccine World wide availability, IMHO.
