We believe a vaccine is 18 months - 2 years away, and that Testing will be with us for many years to come ? For how many years or forever, and how often a test is needed, is as you say unknown ?
Right now valuation of GDR will be based on:-
. COVID Test sells, which could be well in excess of 50,000/day when including India; Africa etc. - using the standard multiple of 4 for valuation, means the return on a GDR Bidders 'buy out price' will be repaid in 4 years !
Then we have:
. Our POC by the end of the year, what value ? Wow !

. HCV - The prevalence of HCV in the general population in Africa ranges between 0.1% and 17.5%, depending on the country. The countries with the highest prevalence include Egypt (17.5%), Cameroon (13.8%) and Burundi (11.3%). Value ?

. Our AIHL on its own must be worth £1 on our SP ?

. USA Military for handheld Bio warfare detection, has to be worth around 50p on our SP
. TB Testing value ?
We believe £6 per share for a complete buy out of all GDR Products is Great value !

I posted the following a while back, and not everyone agreed, but I still stand by it:
Ok, we may not sell all Tests to the USA for £10/Test, but we may well sell more than 50,000 per day, especially when considering sells to India; Africa etc, etc:

I believe that GDR Mcap is potentially worth £300 mil Mcap, based on projected Sales and Profit.
I expect GDR to sell 50,000 RT-PCR Test units/day at £10 per Test = £500,000 per day revenue at 60% profit margin = £300,000 per day profit.
Working on a 5 day week = 5 x £300,000 = £1,500,000 profit per week.
£1,500,000 x 50 wks per year = £75,000,000 profit per year.
Using a standard multiple of 4 for valuation = 4 x £75,000,000 = Mcap of £300,000,000
Mcap of £300,000,000 divided by 52,000,000 shares = a potential SP of £5.77p
This Mcap valuation did not take into consideration a valuation of our POC; HCV OR AIHL etc

So in answer to your question - we would reject any bid under £6 per GDR share !

Between my wife and I, we own 96,600 (0.1857%) shares in GDR.
Hopefully, we will succeed in the purchase of a further 6,400 on Monday, which will take us to 103,000 (0.198%).
We may need all the PI's support, we can get, if there was to be a Takeover bid from someone like Danaher ? Just feel that Danaher would want to add GDR to their portfolio of companies, on the cheap ?
We would prefer to see GDR SP rise on our Product Quality Value, rather than due to a takeover bid, on the cheap ?

Certainly, DB likes to leave news until the last minutes before posting news, so Monday is still just before the Tuesday 6 week approx validation notice period !
E.G, I recall many of us discussing whether Early July is before 10th July or before 16th July - DB updated us with the Trading Update on the 10th July LOL.
Question now is 'What date range in September defines '6 weeks approx', for the BC validation news' ?
Taking Tuesday 15th September as the 6 week point ?
