Feels a bit like a Well Oiled Chain.
GHIF sell a chunk, then stop and the SP goes up, and out of the 90-100p held range.
InterTrader/Spreadex sell a chunk, and the SP is held between 120- 132p range.
They then stop selling, and GHIF step back in and sell another chunk keeping our SP in the 120-132p range ?
Hopefully, GHIF have stopped for a while, and Inter Trader/Spreadex don't jump back in on the sell, and SP goes up to the next level 140 -150+ level -Phew !

Yes today an offer of £250m would be a Good offer, and I am sure Danaher are aware of this !
I also believe Danaher will have completed their potential valuation of GDR's Products, and know that to win over GDR they will need to strike earlier rather than later when our SP is much higher, and have to pay much, much, more?
Time will tell, and either way we are all in for a very nice ride IMHO.

I am hoping for a move above 132p to around 140p today, and then onto 150p+ tommorow (FOMO Friday), assuming no Approvals and No BC validation is posted before COB Friday?
Concerned that Intertrader/Spreadex may want to sell more shares as our SP rises, and that this might keep us below 132p close ?
Not feeling so excited about a Danaher takeover, as I believe they will take us out on the cheap, due to our still very cheap SP.
I am sure Danaher have held Board meetings (including management from BC and Cytvia) and discussed the takeover of GDR, as this would remove any differences in future interest between GDR and Danaher ?

I don't see an ugly ride ahead with your GDR investment from here on in IMHO.

Selling out is probably the wrong term ? More like major ownership reductions, is a better term to of used.
However, GHIF have recently reduced their 13.66% holding in GDR by 2.5%.
InterTrader Limited have also sold Big lumps, please see the RNS list for details.

The good news is that these Shares have been readily bought up, and our SP has risen as soon as these sells stopped !

A Good plan, just hope it works, my concern is that we are seeing Big II Investors selling out on relatively small Profits, if 10; 20; 30; 40%+ can be considered small Profits ?
With PI's owning <40% there is a risk that the II's will sell out on the cheap ? Hope I am wrong ?
Hope I have posted this without the insecurity and weakness of any Personal insult ?

DB is 'The Man', and I believe his Management, Experience and Quality Products, will take our GDR SP to a value that is going to be well above most Investors Greatest Expectations !
Providing we are not bought out on the cheap ?

Still a cheap Buy Punit, at 130p.
At 197p average you will do well, when the real value of GDR is realised !

BBC News this morning I heard a guy they were interviewing state that 'We (UK) have 2-3 weeks to get Covid Testing right, if we don't achieve this in this time scale, we will be in very serious trouble. Test and Trace is Key.

Agreed, our best markets look to be USA and India !
However, there is a good reason for why GDR should be in High demand in any Country throughout the World !
With the UK proposed Moonshot programme, obviously put forward to escape another National Lockdown, I can see a Good shout for GDR to apply.
£100 billion is a massive amount of money to spend, and to want to be in a position to be able to Test the whole population on a weekly basis is Gob smacking !
With the UK proposing such an Epic Test undertaking, why would the Whole World not want to do the same ! Phew !
