Tesla was near bankrupt for a while but as it is a totem for climate change a lot of people looked the other way. Shorters on Tesla did read the books correctly, but they didn't realise how far banks and regulators would go to cover up its problems. The tower of cards will collapse one day because the ev car revolution is a myth that most people can afford and Tesla is structured around no longer being a niche market product but a mass market product but the market doesn't [can not financially] exist.

I don't read newspapers,so spout the same old - that those who do not fly the woke left flag must be under some weird spell. The NHS held out against a massive stress n a pandemic thanks to application rather than just throwing money at the fan, teachers continue to cover for each others' utter incompetence in teaching ability ut at least some kids got home schooling and can now at least read and the police continue to be ground down as the whipping boy of whatever hyper empathetical trend is making the headlines. How long will our police take all this sh]it thrown at them?

And as far as Brexit is concerned, who insisted on all the tariffs and paperwork? It certainly wasn't the UK. The EU imposed the sanctions in retaliation for a free democratic vote, something denied right across Europe since the French voted no to the EU constitution. The only error by the UK was to go along with the sanctions thinking the EU would come to its senses and see them for what they were. We should have, and should still, go WTO and in the process dump the net zero EU hangover before we bust or basic foundations of civilisation.

The EU imposed al of the restrictions, Brexit can not held responsible for the foul response of the soviet EU which is not a lot different to Putin's Russian with controlled propaganda spinning the EU rainbow.

The revealing ting about this map is the extent of no fly Russia has imposed over its own territory - almost the size of Ukraine itself. It shows the complete lack of confidence Russia has in its own ability to keep its own air space safe. Very revealing.

I think the self righteous are going to find the tired emotional twisting trying to blame Thatcher, Trump, US and the same worn out rhetoric repeated every decade to the present are in for a shock. Blair and Obama were not the messiah's they led you to believe and the Soviet EU is more dangerous than Putin - just look at the pig headed arrogance they showed to China this week. As bad as Putin is, watch your backs with the EU. The Brits spotted something wasn't right with the removal of autonomous governance and got out. Trump was right to warn Europe of the Russian threat and increase spending on NATO to the minimum required level. If they had listened to Trump, Putin would have had to factor a far stronger NATO and may have remained deterred from risking it.

Most will lose big, a few will cash in. This one is a fruit machine and the first jackpot has been paid out, the next one is being built up for 6th / 7th April.

FT forecast looks impressive, but the spread is from 500 to 2750, 550% range. Looks more like a bot forecast generated like a Motley Fool article. My minimum target is 398 so happy if only the lowest in the range is met, but I doubt any of the political events are factored in to those bot predictions.

Certainly the travel sector is not generating the kind of swings I need to restore the 25% I was working to. I had given up day trading unless an obvious opportunity popped up. I've taken a position with poly, selling RR and IAG. I'm in no rush to recover to pre-war ISA level, it's play money at the end if the day. Looking at poly as a business, if I filter out the boiler room crews and spread bet raids and just listen out for my alerts at 375 and 398 which are well within scope over the next couple of weeks, I'll be fine and ready to return to the more laid back arm chair whisky dram trading in the travel sector, lol.
