Ruyi is effectively guaranteed by the local government department, they will have no issue repaying their debt or refinancing it (looks like Houlihan Lokey are already appointed to do this). Yes the deal needs to get over the line, but in my opinion this should be the day job of the CEO and shouldn't be incentivised by some special reward.

He gets a $30k sign on bonus and $20k a month salary .. the package is not in line with the current position of the company. If the deal is teed up already why should he receive $100k for it?

Maybe because it's equivalent to 5% of the market cap?

Yes, very bored. I do sometimes question the sense in having a fairly large lump of capital assigned here, but then the alternatives are hot stocks that I'll probably get spiked on! At least I'm in profit here and if good news does land I don't have to scramble to buy when it's already up 20%. Also, for anyone interested in technicals it looks fairly promising:

Well both David and Barak were out and about at different events last week promoting ENET - doesn't seem to have encouraged any of the other attendees to buy shares! Should get a blog post or something off the back of it but it's only 6 weeks until xmas .. this US Tier 1 contract needs to land before then..
