Dave will not be rushed! I just think he owns such a large percentage of this company and knows the value of the products so he's not going to capitulate on a negotiation just for the sake of getting the deal done. I still have faith, but I also have a lot more grey hairs than before I invested here!

Will just getignored. When I've been to AGMs in the past the resolutions normally go through no issue but I think a decent % of shareholders will vote against such a large reward for something that is supposed to have been done already.

Certainly interesting to put that to a vote.. As a shareholder it does seem surprising that a director could potentially get a bonus that equates to around 5% of the current market cap of the company!
