Given that he owns 13m shares I'm sure it's not lost of David that the deal is a bit crap. however if he thinks a bit of licensing news will get them to the warrants then he's mistaken imo, it needs to 4x to get the warrants now which is unfeasible. That's why dallo's suggestions are well worth considering as getting some warrant cash may give them sufficient escape velocity to get out of the mess - no point being pig headed when you're staring down the barrel of 30% dilution
