I wouldn't pay much attention to the ned appointments, I've never seen a non exec at an AIM listed company do anything of note. The people who will put a fire under the CEO's a*se is Peter Gyllenhammar and the chap from Harwood who own almost 30% between them. They must be pushing for some action soon, this is not really worth the ongoing listing costs. As you say, the strategy for growth is pinning their hopes on a recovery that never seems to materialise and this mid east conflict is not going to help matters
