TracyLied has taken umbrage at that post Epson.. funny how your question about patents causes so much offence from someone who, amongst other things, said that the share price would be £5 by now and that Ethernity would have opened a factory in India. Hi 504 you big clown! Have you seen any men in suits recently..?
Amusingly, even the Reuters headline generator got confused and had to issue a correction yesterday - and even that was wrong!
06 Jun 2023 07:23:34 - CORRECTED-ETHERNITY NETWORKS LTD SEES (NOT REPORTS) FY REVENUE 3.3 MLN USD
In order to make sense of it you would have had to cross reference the Oct 2021 and Sep 2022 news and figure out which portion of the revenue was meant to be due this year to work out if it was good news or not. Not exactly jumping off the page for any casual observers. It's good that they've secured components as this is obviously an ongoing issue in the wider industry but as skid says it's 'as you were' until they can announce an OEM or other new biz
You also probably need to add another fundraise into the mix - achieving the 20p warrants looks very unlikely from 3p. Still a relatively low shares in issue in comparison to some AIM dross. They just need to actually deliver the $9m and sign up an OEM or 2
Well said 1987. I think I posted a few weeks ago Ethernity was a bet on 'this time it's different' .. sadly, it wasn't. Same old excitement and some great sounding products, but then no contracts to follow it up. They just can't keep saying how much excitement there is but then following it up with months of silence .. you can almost hear the placing being arranged in the background. Genuinely no idea how long this money will last but it's probably safe to say there will be some kind of EGM soon to increase the number of shares in issue "just in case".
Yes, total nonsense that they withdrew it. Why bother with a broker option when you can buy at 2.77p and there's no warrants attached. As far as placings go I've not seen many as disastrous as this. Completely torpedoed their own company and now a total bargepole for private investors both here and across the pond. Miton can now be classed as "formerly supportive investors" just like the many PIs they just shafted
