There are rules on market abuse and insider dealing though, both of which seem to be pretty rife on AIM as far as I can see. But of course I agree that nobody hits the buy button for you.

Sucked in by price swings as well as the ramping of people like hugh the shrew. Funny how he had my post deleted from yesterday probably because I mocked him for deleting his Twitter. That thing was probably admissible as evidence as market abuse but it's funny how he can dish out the insults but not take them. The only posts he should be making are to apologise although I doubt that he'll ever have the self awareness.

I found that a bit odd as well. Grit Real Estate and Kogi Iron - a very odd assortment. Only theme is that they are all incredibly illiquid and could do with a bit of investor attention. However I have also seen presentations timed with an RNS. CREO Medical did it recently at their investor day, for example. Let's hope they've got something up their sleeve..desperate times now.

Yes more mouths to feed but I do find it incredible that the price is now back to where it was before the announcement. Even if they confirm add-ons I doubt it'll have much impact. I think they need mass adoption of their products to get it moving and have shown no evidence of that so that's why we are where we are. It's good that they have acknowledged that unless they do some serious PR then the market may pass them by.

Yup 15th. Mark also said he was not familiar with buying shares for treasury but said he would speak to their nomad.

Well you can't buy shares for treasury during close periods so that is one potential reason. Other than that I would say it's a good idea.

Ok thanks TL, I'm having a weekend panic about this investment. Just feels like the market may pass us by and I'll end up sitting here in a year's time with the price in single figures. I'm taking encouragement from the upcoming webinar with heavyreading though - this seems like a seriously influential thought leader and there will clearly be a piece written up about ENET in the days following the 20th. Let's hope the industry is beginning to appreciate what Ethernity have to offer.

Has anyone heard of BATM Advanved Communications? They seem to do quite similar stuff to Ethernity and get quite a good write up in this month's Small Company Share Watch.

Yes I'm not some weirdo that posts on the board of a share that they are not invested in. I have a modest holding that is slightly down on my entry prices.. gone against my usual 'sell if the story changes' motto but I'm interested to see what comes of the company. I am conflicted though, there are some decent lads on here but that hugh plonker was dreadful and probably deserves to get burnt on these.
