Arden suspended coverage due to the delays and therefore lack of clarity. Once the picture becomes clearer I assume they will re-initiate ..but as you say, these broker reports are mostly useless. On another note, I had not read this before:

November 30 - Pet shop chain Pets at Home has agreed a £248m five-year revolving credit facility, replacing its existing £260m RCF that was due to mature in 2020.

The unsecured financing pays an initial margin of 140bp over Libor, depending on leverage.

Fees of around £2.5m have been capitalised and will be amortised over the remaining term of the loan.

Pets at Home agreed a £325m loan financing in February 2014 as part of its IPO. The financing comprised a £90m amortising Term Loan A and a £235m Term Loan B with final maturities of between five and six years. There was also a £30m RCF.

An amendment in April 2015 saw the loans and RCF repaid and a new £260m RCF put in place via a group of 10 lenders.

That financing paid a margin ranging from 75bp to 200bp over Libor, depending on leverage. As part of the amendment KKR received a £0.5m arrangement fee.

The RCF paid 125bp over Libor in 2017.

Pets at Home Making Progress: HSBC -- Market Talk

1344 GMT - Pets at Home Group is addressing its problems, says HSBC as it keeps its buy rating on the U.K. pet-shop chain following its first-half results. The bank notes the company's response to online competition on pricing has boosted like-for-like sales and it's restructuring its veterinary surgery business, which the brokerage says remains a substantial opportunity. HSBC also points to the fact that the stock trades at a significant discount to the sector on most multiples. "A circa-10% free cash-flow yield reflects depressed sentiment towards the stock," says analyst Ruhell Amin. "Management are taking decisive actions, however, and progress is being made."

Call it what you like, but the statistics say you lose money in nearly three quarters of shares listed on AIM. If you like facts, N4 is a binary bet on a very early stage product..it's a punt, not an investment. Shame there's no vaccine for naivety or you'd be first in line
