yes, it will be completed in the week..but it's a bit painful that he seems to have problems every month. Also, it's their last purchase next month, I assume they will be repeating the exercise for 2019..

What's the time frame to notify via a TR-1? I thought 2 days. So it might not have been KDNC then.. If however it does turn out to be KDNC that is my cue to exit immediately, as I'm sure it will be for a lot of others.

Well this debacle even made the small cap spotlight in the evening standard. Couldn't make it up really.. If there's a TR-1 tomorrow notifying the sale by KDNC I'm sure KM will be getting plenty of abusive emails!

And another lumpy NPFT trade after the close of 400k shares at 123.602. That also has the whiff of a short position being slowly closed out..

Looks like it - confirmation just out on ShortTracker that Engadine reduced another 0.18%.

Real offer is actually more like 35 .. they've just shoved it higher to discourage buying I think. Good that they seem to have generated a couple of sells, we don't really want a horribly illiquid share spiking all over the place.

Yep 33 didn't last long. Not checked but I can imagine some reasonable supply at 35. That is also my breakeven so I shall be having a well earned wine once it goes through that. It has been an agonising 6 months deciding how much to average down etc .. but finally looking good. Just don't tell the wife!

Sorry to drag this up if it has been posted already - I don't check in here too often as I find the actions of the company too frustrating.. But if it turns out KDNC bought 4.5 million shares at 1 pound and then sold 4.5 million shares yesterday at 25p (as has been speculated and seems fairly likely) - is there anything we can do as shareholders? This would surely be incompetence of the highest level and a sackable offence? I mean, if you're trying to offload a big chunk of shares you don't crater the price by suggesting a discounted placing?!

yeah it was the 2 minute gap that made me think they were buys. Although I think 2 consecutive buys of almost 4k would probably shift the offer up.

Couple of people agreeing with you and taking the plunge this morning. I'm more inclined to believe a market leading product will get us back over a quid than a chart shape, but each to their own..!

I know KM is a bit short on brain power but surely he's not stupid enough to think that a comment like that would go unnoticed. Maybe KDNC are so frustrated at the JV issue they just thought they'd torpedo the whole thing just to get back at Secker.

Well I've had another little nibble this morning and we seem to have gone positive again.Good to see there's not much stock on offer - if someone were looking even to take a moderate GBP 10k position they would push the price up considerably.

Correct - have to wait until the end of Q1 to see how far ahead of expectations they actually are. Maybe get an RNS-R puff piece about viewing figures but other than that it's just waiting.

Good to see that Invesco seem to be holding firm at 14%. If they were looking to exit they would have almost certainly used the high volume days last week to reduce. Relatively small buying is chasing this higher and market cap is still under GBP 10 million..promising in a very uncertain week.

Yep sorry just read through them now on my work machine. Encouraging, but this was 9 months ago .. you can see why the SP drifted so low when there's no updates. These things do have a long lead time to any contracts though so maybe Mt Chan has got some news for us soon.

I was also wondering what this Critz Chan lad has been up to..he's APAC sales but hasn't got his name on much since he joined.
