I have no doubt if MNH and RHA were put to bed the SP would be in the 0.25 -0.30 ballpark. With RHA I imagine there is a certain amount of political posturing - GR has to be seen to be doing or wanting to be doing something with it. It is also clear he is emotionally attached to it and wants to prove everyone wrong. My preference would be to get it sold ASAP for a few £m if anyone would pay that for it. MNH is just mind boggling. GR stated in London PREM is an exploration company and doesn’t have the skills needed to develop mines. Two or three other parties have tried to make MNH work and have failed. With PREMs track record I don’t think they are in a better position than others to bring about a change with it.
Having seen his CV, I believe the COO has been brought onboard for RHA more than Zulu though I really hope I am wrong.
I’d have serious questions about what value Neil Herbert is bringing to the party. He seems very busy with his other lithium and REE interests.

Fingers crossed for some results. If GR is intent on selling a few percent, having the assays will be the difference between doing a deal and doing a good deal!!

Based on your assumptions in your earlier post, the acquisition of MNH and RHA would see SP drop from 0.6p to 0.4p, which in effect means they will knock £40m of PREM's market cap. I would agreed with your assumption based on the SP being 0.6p at that time.

In the event any further % of MNH or any monies being spent on RHA before the SP assumedly increases (assuming we actually get some results in the next week or two), I imagine the SP will drop back from the current 0.195p to around 0.15p.

Either way, the acquisition of or further investment in these phenomenal value adding projects (we need to remember GR told us MNH is potentially profitable) is likely to cost shareholders much more than just the price PREM pays, it will also hit them significantly in the value of the shares they hold.

I remember going to the London meeting on the 20th October in the expectation results from some of the holes would be provided. We are now over 3 months on and all we have had is that single hole. What a shambles.

And snowking, that you for predicting that you will no longer be making predictions in your earlier post. "Please don't take this is my prediction news is coming next week as i don't think it will be next week , as i have now given up predicting , but 2022 Q1 should be superb".

Depends on what type of rock, the size of the samples, what is it being analysed for and the process being used. Core samples, such as PREMs, should be much quicker.

The reason SP is where it is is because of lack of results and uncertainty re RHA and MNH. It is not the fact we are an exploration company.

Shareholders should completely ignore the fact that that PREM has never delivered anything for shareholders because we are sitting on an asset with the potential to change that. We should ignore the fact that PREM are spending time and money looking at RHA and MNH, both of which have never returned as much as a single penny, when funds will clearly be needed for Zulu which has the potential to result in a significant uplift in share price if handled correctly.

10 months since EPO grant and no results. If you think this is positive then good for you. You ramp on here like you have been getting tutorials from Napom.

We need results, not ramps. And we definitely dont need to be throwing money away on RHA and MNH when Zulu is the only gamechanger on the table and needs 100% focus.

To state that "RHA is highly profitable at $300' is the type of flippant comment which demonstrates why everything you say on here needs to be taken with much more than just a pinch of salt.

And then you state "I reckon RHA can get back into production with a small amount of money spent or a offtake agreement". RHA will need $3m -$4m to get back into production. And who in their right mind would provide this via an offtake agreement given RHA has hardly ever mined any material despite $20+ being spent on it. Just think about this, someone would have to authorise that offtake. Would you sign it off? I have no doubt you would but I severely doubt 99% of the mining companies in the world would.

And to rub salt into the wounds you then say "but if George brings back a deal for say $10 m , then we will have money for rha and what ever including dfs and to drill more widely the epo . then it all falls into place". So your view appears to be that if PREM has funds there is no problem on spending them on whatever GR wants?

One of the few silver linings of not having much funds available over the past 18 months is that George, apart from throwing money away on MNH, has actually had to tighten the purse strings. If PREM is lucky enough to get funds from a JV on Zulu, they need to be ring-fenced and spent only on Zulu. There is no point in throwing good money after bad on RHA and MNH.

Believe it or not, the jump in price in 2015 was down to RHA going into production. A lot of people got spiked on that news.

There was also news about the scale of Circum's deposit released around that time.

No, not averse to that idea at all. We should have had results by now. We are less than 2 months from the first anniversary of the EPO being granted. It is embarrassing we have not had anything yet.

It's a fair shout. If one was to look at all possible scenarios about why it is taking so long to provide results, one of the scenarios would be that the testing is going badly and not much lithium is being found. And GR is waiting for a core with a good lithium percentage before releasing that to the market.

I am very hopeful that is not the case but other similar cases have happened elsewhere in the past. You just have to look at Uramin and what went on there.

However, we wont know that we have more Lithium in the ground until we get verified results telling us we have more Lithium in the ground. And to date we have not seen these.

It's further proof that GR's interviews aren't worth anything as they are never backed up with delivery/results.

The way this is going, the lithium craze will pass us by and we will still be sitting on Zulu in a few years. Or worse, the Zimbabwean Government, at the end of the EPO period, give the EPO to someone else.

So we received the unverified result for a single borehole on 12th October.

And the material from the additional 5 boreholes was submitted to the lab in early November.

Were we not supposed to get assay results 23-26 November?

Two months on from the material from 5 boreholes being submitted to the lab and nothing back. This is becoming more of a joke than it already was.

PREM has never has a split of reverse in the 7-8 years I've been a shareholder.

Lots of dilution (~350m shares to ~20,000m shares) but no split or reverse!!

In future, yes I would say this is likely as part of a corporate restructuring on sale of Zulu.

But I don't think this is something we need to worry about at the moment as the company still have approx 4b shares up its sleeve to raise funds should it need to.
