A lot more people will be staying than are leaving and doing the right thing by the ones leaving will increase the motivation of the ones staying.

I've never come across a large business that pays statutory redundancy, they all pay more. The last thing we need now is a load of headlines about a heartless business kicking out a load of employees without a penny.

I'm all in favour of automation and I'm really glad we have done it, but paying a couple of months extra salary to a few hundred people is jack all in the bigger scheme of things

Wyndrum, personally i like your posts although i rarely fully agree with them. Atleast you usually provide a considered if long winded view of what you perceive to be the reality.

I am a little surprised by your contention that AVCT could be taken private and shareholders lose everything. This simply isn't, and never has been the case. If AVCT were to go private, which i doubt, the most shareholders would lose would be some liquidity.

I must also take issue about your depiction of the BOD. Simon and Christina seem to me to be people of the highest integrity who didn't need to come to Avacta. AS i do not trust as i have posted before, but i think you are looking through a historic lens that is simply no longer relevant.

My biggest concern at the moment, as i have been posting for a few months now, is somebody is trying to do the same here as was done to SAR. SAR have got rid of any form of CLN, AVCT need to do the same

I hope they are doing the right thing by the people being made redundant and paying more than statutary redundancy.

These articles always seem to ignore the fact that Boo could have gone anywhere and are still contributing massively to the Sheffield economy.

An article stated that Boo had slashed it's marketing costs. I posted that the article was wrong.

You then accused me of lying and said you had reported me for posting misleading information.

I posted content from the company RNS which showed irrefutably that the marketing budget hasn't been slashed.

Any normal person would apologise and admit they were wrong.

Firstly daytrade profits aren't cash, im surprised that Hexam hasn't corrected you on that. Secondly, where have you found the crystal ball that says Boo won't be making any profits until mid 2026. Every piece of analysis i've seen says profit will be far sooner than that? Is it just more of the usual lies.

Who has told you the below daytrade, if anybody, or are you just being economical with the truth again? The market for online has not yet regained the size it was during the pandemic. It is bigger than it was prepandemic but not as big as we it was during the pandemic. Much like BOO group revenue. Even a simpleton should be able to see the correlation

That's because its originally an invezz.com article and they are always full of mistakes. For instance BOO hasn't slashed its marketing budget as the article states. I've literally just driven past a massive eposter for Boohooman summer wear!
