They aren't paid very much because they write garbage and hence have a website with bugger all visitors

Kat firstly the price to be paid is 1m dollars not pounds.

It's the price that is fixed not the number of shares.

The sp is currently a quarter or so less than the last placing, so I can't see how the Semnet directors would be disadvantaged.

Plus, one of them is now Semnet sales director, so he must be a happy bunny either way.

The terms of the deal seem totally transparent

Lloyd I'm a little confused by this "keep the sp low for Semnet" theory.

The RNS states they can bring the payment date forward with five days notice, so why not just do that?
