The market cap is so low that a placing wouldn't have happened. The alternative is drawing down the remaining tranche's of Shemasian's loan, which would have given him total power of veto.

So this is the lesser of two evils.

We retain 30% of EH, which is about standard for a JV. We have enough money for a fair while. We weren't going to get round to doing anything with EH as we don't have the resource.

And the BoD for the first time in years have actually done what they said they would do.

The sad thing is Shemasian wins. I firmly believe he has orchestrated the situation here to his own benefit.

So I wouldn't go as far as saying today is a good day. But it is certainly a far less bad day than it could have been

Nobody is knocking ASOS southcoast, just bringing a bit more clarity to what you post

It does look like it's another one of those beta sites that has somehow got public

Southcoast as stated yesterday ASOS avoided talking about their own guidance. They talked about consensus, which is frankly awful. They talked about their test and learn model still being a really small proportion of their sales.

And Frasers haven't added directly, they have taken options which may or may not happen. And you don't know the price those options have been taken at.
