I'm still here and will contribute more as the day goes on.
It's good news to me that Easysend isn't happening. As I posted, it would only go ahead if there was a positive revenue/profit case. They have obviously found another business that they believe will do that job in a better way.
The foot print across central and western Europe is now impressive, and they probably have far more customers now than they expected 12 months ago.
Integrating the two back ends in a couple of months is actually a phenomenal achievement. That kind of change used to be my day job and it's mega impressive. Back end integration is the most difficult to do and it's what drives cross sell so it's great news
What is intriguing is no mention whatsoever of Semnet. I'd guess due to NDA requirements
