If any of the large holders had sold then there would have been an RNS by now.

So unless there were a couple of holders a little below the notifiable threshold, who nobody is aware of, who both chose to sell at an all time low at exactly the same time, then it looks like the large trades were new investors taking positions.

Also, please read my post properly, its clearly my opinion not fact.

Maybe you could suggest who the sellers could have been, if you believe the trades were sells

The document that you posted via link, refers to two unnamed companies and a contract that was signed in 2019. The contract GST referenced specifically referred to Nvidia kit that didn't even launch until 2023.

So how are those two things the same?

The AGM happened on the 3rd of October last year so it was late then.

The key thing is production of accounts not AGM.

I've never known a company be suspended for a late AGM.

Nobody is disputing the amount Finley was paid (albeit with a significant proportion in shares some of which he can't cash. Nobody is disputing that the amount looks horrendous

What is equally obvious is that, per usual, you are twisting to suit your own agenda.

The payment he received included multi year bonuses for his achievements at Debenhams.com. A business he grew from nothing to nearly £700m GMV. So his earnings didn't all relate to the last financial year. His actual salary as CEO is £650k per annum. Which is considerably less than John Lyttle's salary.

All of these things are also in the annual report. Strange that you don't mention them
