Let's sum up the reality

There is a 15m loan facility. None of it has been used for working capital. Half of it has been drawn down and used to to pay second portion of the tax bill. So all 15m has been paid by KMUK. When the loan is repaid, that will mean the cost of tax bill has been split equitably, which is how things should work in a good relationship

Hainan invested directly into Kodal because they saw the potential of the business. They invested 100m directly into KMUK for a build programme that they knew was 65m. So presumably they knew other costs would come out of that money as well.

So as normal Bloggs what you are posting is nonsense
