I just think the ability of Comms to impact an sp on AIM is far less than people think.

In the last month we have had a new investor presentation, confirmation of first shipment via RNS, a whole stream of X posts, a number of interviews and investor presentations. The overall content is exceptionally positive, the price of our product is growing and yet the sp stays in the same range

That, together with the strange trades we are seeing indicates that something else is going on

No doubt that the sp is disappointing

But it is strange that some are stating it's tanking when in reality it is up in the last 6 months.

The sp is a function of many things, especially on AIM, and business performance is only one of them.

I'm struggling to see what else the team at Kod could do.

My view remains the same, that the retail book is being played to the benefit of offering book orders

The sp isn't his first priority, nor should it be

Kod is fully funded and the subsids/jvs are making money so he doesn't need shareholder funding any time soon if ever.

To say he isn't bothered at all I think is wrong, as he is doing a whole series of investor presentations.

Let me respond to a few of your points

1. I don't get posts removed. I report posts which are abusive or lying. I have only ever reported three posters, you could guess who they are and you aren't one of them. I see the chief cause of angst is still absent today, any actual investor would see that as a good thing as it reduces the dross on here by about 90%.

2. I don't ramp this share. I have never claimed that we are producing spod at 6%, I posted that I was disappointed in the grade achieved on first shipment as it didn't match previously reported grades. It is strange that you always focus on a couple of people you perceive to ramp but never see fault in the posters who actually post lies and misinformation on here. Why is that?

3. You state that there is no news and there is confusion about what is happening now. Perhaps you have missed the proactive interview Bernard did on the first December stating that the plant is running at near nameplate as of now. I'm expecting a full update this side of Christmas.

4. You state that the price achieved was below anyone's expectations. Perhaps you could explain that strange statement given the posters you see no fault in were stating we would be lucky to receive 800 per tonne not a price in excess of 930. My position has always been that we can only take a view on price after the first few shipments as each shipment will vary.

Let's not forget the very same Bloggs claimed Bernard was too scared to go to the inauguration, the night before the inauguration.

Let's also remember that it's the very same Bloggs who claimed that Bernard had missed the shipping deadline the very day that the ship was actually starting loading.

The OTA also states that Abidjan would be the shipping port. It also states that final price will be agreed after testing at the destination port.

So as I posted before, the RNS is a summary of a document that covers the next four years not just one shipment.

It may well be that the payment mechanism for first shipment is different to what will be the BAU process.

All this debate is fairly futile given nobody here is party to the actual contracting arrangements. Which is why I'm far more interested in the bigger picture, which is that all our processes have now been tested in the real world and we are a bona fide producer.

The RNS is a brief summary of the legal contract. It can't and doesn't cover the detail.

This is how B2B works in every industry. Product is provided, it is invoiced and then paid for on agreed terms

Bernard implied the invoice would be sent immediately. What we don't know is the payment terms and the arbitration process for any discrepancy between the different measurement points. Nor do we know the exact equation details

It's why I keep saying that all the debate is irrelevant until we are half a year to a year in and we start to see a payment trend emerging
