Nope but what he means is repaying the loan made to LMLB back in to KMUK. The loan was funded entirely from Hainan's 100m dollar investment into equity so there is no liability.

That is why there are options to use money for phase two or pay it to Kod and Hainan as dividend

2. The short shortsightedness and self serving nature of MM's. AIM is dying, they could have chosen to make Kodal a beacon of success to attract other companies. I believe it will happen in spite of them

An exceptional management team, that has delivered a project in double quick time, with a product that is improving in price in a growing market.
