BlindMansBuff, this sounds like a highly likely scenario to me, Hudson aren’t in the game for BZM’s shareholders.

I’m still in French - it’s a big file but will try and get it all converted tomorrow. Hoping this is brinkmanship and not Hudson trying to get a delisting. Even if they are there’s a chance of a rise when they try and clean up. Maybe the addendum will give us some clarity?

Sparky let me know if you want the addendum text file and if you can make any sense of it, I’m hoping Hudson haven’t won!

Does anyone know where I can translate a large text online for free?

I can't work out how to get the pdf into text that can be translated - anyone know how?

Hopefully this has been done to force someones hand in a deal on the assets and not so Hudson etc can pick up the assets for nothing. Not feeling confident though!
