ticking up nicely into the expected news. but the news that follows the licence reinstatement will be even bigger. £8m market cap is what i'm targeting here

my contacts in singapore are saying Feb will be a big month for AEC. we all know the licence is coming, actually Cinnovation would have known that was just a formality before they bought in, but more importantly they will be putting more flesh on the bones of how they intend to move forward together.

I have friends and family in singapore, they know all about the chawdhrys, in fact one of them works in one of the groups companies. When I told them about this.tie in with aec they told me to expect big things because they are very big fish and woildnt bother themselves with something that's gonna make pennies. Apparently they're very successful in most things they do.

Can see the scale of the opportunity here in the regions I mentioned and they have the wherewithal to be able to realise it

Yes its owned by the chawdhrys, one of singapores richest families. Trsut me they wouldn't be taking a slice of AEC unless its going to make them a princely profit

Possible buy out? Well it's feasible. Obviously they're going to need to raise funds for expansion. Neither the ceo nor cinnovation will fancy diluting considering their high levels of shareholdings. Debt finance? Or Cinnovation taking a majority stake, and if so will it be at a premium to the 6p they originally bought in at?

it ticked up on my 57,900 buy at 4.1p. tried a fill or kill at 3.9 and 4p but couldn't get any. 4.1 is fine though considering that cinnovation bought 30% of the company for 6p per share. i don't think we will be trading at these levels in a couple of weeks time.

cinnovation tie-in news cant be too far away now. by the way cinnovation are interested in helping aec expand in far east, indian subcontinent and middle east. exciting times ahead.

I feel like I've been conned. I topped up at 8.9p this morning. Someone obviously has a big order in place at 8.75

Its always more profitable to get in ahead of the herd. I'm taking a position now rather than wait for the trading range to be broken to the upside before taking the plunge. The trading range will be broken at some point in the very near future.

Unforuntately not too much of significance has happened in the last year but according to the calendar there's a lot ofpotentially transformational newsflow due in the coming weeks. The company has also totally transformed its business model, the centrepiece of which is the buoy technology, and they expect this to lead to lots of farm-ins. I think you're being a bit unfair and hasty in judgement and you're not comparing like with like. The Enegi of yesteryears is not the Enegi of today.

If the big buys could be the company buying back shares as it has indicated it wants to do?

Am I right in assuming the first drill to improve production on an existing well is the one referred to in the last Rns? "The well on EL1116 will be drilled, by BSE, following the anticipated successful drilling at the Garden Hill Field ("GHF") which is expected to commence in April.  The St George's Bay prospect is expected to be drilled from onshore to offshore to delineate the offshore extent of the Garden Hill hydrothermal dolomite trend." Do you know what numbers they are expecting? I see from the language they use that they are very confident of a positive outcome
