Leeds stop trying to deramp. We all know news is expected on a couple of fronts. The licence is a compliance issue and aec wiĺl have been in constant contact with the singapore authorities to ensure all the conditioms for reinstatement are met. Also cinnovation would have needed to be sure the licence was a certainty before they agreed to buy 30percent of the company knowing that their funds would be used to pay off the loan aec took out to pay for the application. Takeover is possible but unlikely at the present time. If they wanted to holda majority stake Cinnovation would have tried to buy the whole lot at once when they took 30%. Having spoken with our CEO some time ago I got the impression he has big plans for AEC and doesn't want to sell up. What we're more likely to see is Cinnovation funding a big expansion into asia and the middle east. At the moment our operations are pretty much confined to Singapore but with Cinnovation we will hit massive markets in india and the united Arab Emirates. With cinnovations singapore connection we may even see one or two things happening there

Cinnovation would have known this for sure before they bought in firstly because their funds were used to pay off the loan that was needed to get the licence reinstated, and secondly because the Chaudhrys wwho own Cinnovation are one of the wealthiest families in Singapore and very well connected so they will have had an inside track on the process

The singapore licence news is imminent but in itself should only get us back into the 6-7p range. What is more explosithe Cinnovation updates. I am sure that the meeting went ahead and something should be announced in the coming days. It is set to transform the scale of this little company and rerate the value

We have been in some talks with Cinnovation. The negotiations happened late last week over 2 days in what is said to be a "strategic meeting". Can't find out what they decided if anything but will carry on digging. Maybe the Cinnovation expansion news is close.

got an update for you guys. our chief exec liam swords is currently in singapore, flew out late last week apparently to meet with the Cinnovation people. also ties in well with licence reinstatement expected this week. will try to find out more

WSG is one of those how long is a piece of string shares. we know news will be coming but no one knows when. personally i'd be tempted to come in here for a possible quick 100%.my time frame here is 7-14 days. WSG are finalising a massive contract and in my experience they usually take longer than expected. i wanted to get WSG myself but am waiting to see if it gets back to 70-71p

that MMs took 100k earlier at full bid, although i'd be looking to buy rather than sell at this moment in time, this company is on the cusp of great news on a couple of important fronts

we will be in double figures very soon. 30% of the shares are now with Cinnovation. Very few shares in free float so this will rocket on news

what price did you get mate?

Anything about a meeting between AEC and Cinnovation to hammer out the details about the expansion into Asia and Middle East? I heard that its either just happened or supposed to take place any day now.
