But its not measured. If you read that board its just one long and unending litany of complaints. Even when good news is announced they'll find something in there to whinge about such as there's a week to go on the 9o day option and still no deal or the rig hasn't moved yet. Grumpy old gits drinking at the last chance saloon.
I like this board. That lot over on iii make you want to top yourself
I am sure its an orderly transfer of shares, but I wonder who the buyer is?
He 8.07 trades it seems some 9million have changed hands today. If it is the YA shares being transferred then it means 35% or more of the placing stock :)
It appears that placing has provided a floor to the sp here in much the same way that the placing in Oilex. I see tremendous upside in both over the coming days and weeks. I am hoping that the Wood Group deal will give us a great platform from which to pursue the marginals. Any decent deal with WG would give us tremendous credibility and signal to the market that its not pie in the sky but a very realisable and lucrative venture
I suspect some very good news is on the way, else nobody would be picking up the YA shares...remember before the placing we were at 10p and looking at a good run, the story here hasn't changed except for the placing, and a good deal with Wood Group should have us rising into the teens easily enough. Yeah sure this company has legacy baggage but wood Group will be leading the marginal exploitation and BSE are running the Newfoundland operation. So not much room for minty to cock up any more
March 10th
Wood group option for ABTOG expires on March 100. News due next week or week after imho
So YA would stake 2m to possibly make a few quid from the arrangement fee? Nah mate doesn't add up. From what I've heard the Wood Group deal is very close now and someone might be anticpating a big sp rise
Why buy at 8.07p and sell at same price? Doesn't stack up
Dumping that kind of volume would collapse the sp. Maybe a share transfer of some sort?
Sorry mate I'm out, maybe someone else can tell you
i think all these 8.07 trades are all buys
but had to pay 8.5 for first batch which triggered rise so got next batch for 8.7
we have struck a deal with Wood Group. i've been very confident about this stock, even after the recent placing. eyes peeled for an rns announcing the deal
Dibs, that's why we're having the negotiations with WG. It is my view that ENEG want some financial stability, structure and certainty to enable ABTOG to systematically pursue NS marginals. At the moment the NS marginals are being tackled on a case by case basis, which is not ideal. I believe that if and when WG deal is sealed, it will obviate the need for further large placings to finance each marginal in which we acquire an interest.
Am a newbie to this company so the baggage of the history of underachievement isn't affecting my judgement. To all intents and purposes the company is a new one. The garden hill field is being redrilled by BSE as operator, and even the marginal field initiative will be driven by wood Group if they decide to farm in.
They need cash to buy the new licences and develop existing ones. The costs are far greater than the current revenue being generated. Todays news makes little difference to the bigger picture imho. I see this as a great buying opp and will be taking advantage of it
You're bonks
You should go away and read the rns properly. Where on earth did you get the impression that it was 24million shares per month? You're bonkers!!!
