Every day I wake in anticipation of a cracking rns from stefan. Could it be flow rates, gas cpr, new acquisition. Still hasn't lost its novelty and won't be beaten down by common sense.. The revolution is well underway. I see electric & hydrogen busses every day in London. We just need the infrastructure to catch up a bit. More charge points. We'll still be reliant on oil for many things. As far as generating the electrical power, well electrics are far more efficient than combustion engines. Many self storage systems are currently being looked into so you can store your own power. Blink and we'll be all electric. Personally can not wait until polluting engines are banned from my city for good.

Spikey, agreed on all points. Risking our money in myn is a brave thing to do considering his level of success in recent ventures. I am certainly not happy about it. I don't buy into there being any legal position preventing hin from updating on the dispute with pen or the critical info on flow rates, well drilling success etc. We are regulated by aim, not the jv agreement. It absolutely stinks. We have had information withheld deliberately.

Hi jim. We recently appealed an injunction regarding cutting panoro from decisions and information flow regarding the jv. The injunction was upheld. So I wonder if news will start flowing (eg flow rates) - it looks to me that the jv can't hold back that information any longer. I'll be looking at the Q3 results in pen to see if they include any such information, as these are the first results since the injunction. I'm not saying this as fact, just my take.

But yeah, toold. Certainly the oil rally should have a positive impact. Considering the low mcap and hopefully low cost of production, a 10$ increase in poo could conceivably double our profit per barrel. As you say, need some figures to back this up... I don't think myn will have much of an impact, our investment was small beans from memory. May have made a k or ten. Enough for SO to take the Chinese club our for a nice meal in soho

What it reflects is SOs ability to set fire to a pile of cash and hide in a cave for a year.

Has a direct correlation to our profits. Assuming we're lifting this for under 40$ a barrel the recent rally should really boost our income. Once again figures are needed.

Philpot. That was via another message board. It may be more hope than expectation. Although they do keep their shareholders informed over at pen. I'm wondering why they said that. I see in the financial calendar on pen website that they release q3 results on 16 Nov. Maybe they are hoping to find them out now that the court upheld the injunction preventing the jv from excluding pen from info.

Still hasn't been above our buy-in Jon. I think we got ours for 28/29. I'm so frustrated with this situation. At least with info we can make an informed decision as to whether to continue holding in the share. Right now I feel like I'm gambling, I use willhill for that.

Been on the Norwegian board where they discuss panoro this morning. The link I sent last week regarding the high Court appeal doesn't appear to be connected to the Q1 2018 arbitration according to the chat over there. The case on 27 September was our appeal against the injunction pan sought against us. That didn't go our way. It also appears that they have also sought injunction in Nigeria, as did another minor partner. So we don't appear to be any closer to resolution. Q1 18 arbitration still on the cards. I must admit I'm totally lost with this and it would be helpful for so to issue an rns summarising the issue with our jv partners and the various injunctions and court cases so we understand what we are facing. There was also a lot of chat regarding Aje flow rates. They seem to think a front puffin lift occurred in July and September, which is a good frequency. I must admit I haven't been keeping an eye on activity over there. They also seem to think that we will be informed of flow rates mid to late November this year and for some reason a figure of 5k bopd is banded around. I feel us long suffering holders deserve better than this radio silence, but then don't we all.

Chat on the myn board suggests that so disposed of that investment. Its all speculation but appears to be believed. If so has done this it would be a shitty bit of shortsighted business. I mean it hasn't crept above our subscription. Someone mentioned mxo needing the cash. Hey-ho,we'll probably never find out.
