As you are clearly a blue sky thinker and want some reassurance on the ahem "investment" you made this morning, what do you think we will spend the cln cash on. A) keeping on the lights, b) funding more pointless rnss on the stalled NYW, c) something equally as wasteful.

I mean, why would anyone bother with 2 days of mediation when the whole thing can be decided in court in half the time (1 day). That is a genuine question. I have no idea, but common sense tells me the opposite of what you say.

Morning all. Does anyone know how long this stage of the legal process can take. I was really hoping for the scenario put out by marineville, kiss and make up, get on with the project. More delays and cost is the result. I will say however that the shareprice is reacting in a more positive way than I am. Perhaps this really is the beginning of the end of NYW delays. Honestly can't understand how anyone who doesn't understand the US legal system (100% of board members I suspect) can see this is as positive. We have no idea how the court case will go and how long it would take. Mediation was celebrated on here prior to it happening. Now it's failed we're positive. I'm positively baffled by some of the weak ramping here.
