Having had a reread of the rns, it looks like the court action hasn't been called off yet. They are progressing on resolving the legal issues. I assume out of court as that's what the rns implies. Usually this would speed things up. Doesn't look to be the case here.

My understanding is they have reached an out of court agreement. Litigation I'd off the cards.

Welcome Philpot. I reckon he's got millions of options stacked away. But yeah, not exactly confidence inspiring.... One of these mornings, we'll wake up to a cracking rns. If only we knew which.... One of my other shares got a shot of adrenaline this afternoon, if it continues tomorrow I might add a few more quid here in the high 40s if they're available still.

He can't screw up oml113 on his own.

I don't know what's more painful. Seeing my investment trickle down or having tied up my spare funds in other dogs so I can't take any mxo at a bargain price.

More than likely nothing to do with us. Erin energy contracted it out after us, very close to oml I believe. They were due to finish in July this year I think. So could be hanging about or still working from that contract.... But looking at the position on marine traffic and looking at a map of oml 113, it does look like it could be in our licence area. Panoro would be singing like a canary if it was working for us.

When I look at the current position it is suspiciously close to oml 113. But we know they were supposed to be working a nearby competitors well.

That a 30m mcap. Not unreasonable in my mind. Oml 113 needs a revaluation. Won't happen without knowing our income / flow rates. I would say though that estimates for getting oil out the ground were around 40usd per barrel. If that's close to accurate then our profit has more than doubled per barrel in the last year (50ish vs low 60 per barrel). Share price touched 1.4 back then on same number of shares in issue as today.

I see there have been director buys in pen. About £15k, nothing to wet the bed about but shows confidence in either Oml 113 or their other asset.... When pen released their results a fee weeks back I remember seeing some back of fag packet calcs to estimate our income or total flow rates. These were based on pens interest being around 12%, but actually it's around 6.5%. Time to revise those calcs?
