Star the going concern statement accompanies every set of audited accounts. The wording doesn't concern me. It sets out in the auditors opinion whether the company has the financial resources to continue trading for the following 12 months. In this instance the auditor correctly states ciz is reliant on the advance royalty payments. This is something we know already given the company hasn't started selling its product.

Well the going concern statement says the company is reliant upon the two upcoming royalty payments 0.25m usd July and same in September. If you read the 28 April rns you will see the lab services agreement triggers the royalty payments. These are now contractually bound. Having said that I think there is still possibility of additional cash requirements - could well be an raise still

Hey star. Isn't it the job of our distribution partner to market the product? I don't work in the medical sector and don't expect to come across adverts for such products because I'm not the intended audience. I'm sure there's a lot going on behind thre scenes. It's in everyone's interest to get the product out there. Perhaps try looking at the trade shows our US distributor is signed up to. From what I've seen in the films medical products are largely sold face to face sales rep going into hospitals (I know, I know this doesn't count as research)

This sentence really sticks out from rns. Do we still not know of the product is commercially viable? "This will demonstrate the test is commercially scalable and can be rolled out as a global solution to help reduce premature cancer deaths and improve survival rates and quality of life for cancer patients."

I'm expecting product launch and fingers crossed substantial reoccurring orders. That's the whole point of this company & partnership with US distributor.

Tech it's a corporate governance role. His experience is stated in second para of the rns. What more are you looking for? Ciz has limited corporate presence in the UK, I see it as positive they're not wasting cash on an industry bit hitter given he will be responsible for regulatory filings, accounts approval, comms etc. The role doesn't need to be filled by a doctor.

The name was too inviting. I did come across a little rude. I just don't see why traders would jump in for a dividend when for individuals cgt rate generally lower than rate on gains (subject to income levels etc) . My take is a decent dividend will see the emergence of income players. My take of course and im no expert.
