Does a prospectus typically have such a comprehensive risk analysis section? Could be off putting but I guess required under US law?
I dont think I'd be comfortable investing in a company without having associated voting rights, feels like this is Behnkes empire with investors having little ability to hold him to account.
Agree seems focused on getting our product to the market as priority which is comforting. I didnt pick up on anything to suggest when it will be launched and what boxes are still to be ticked (I got back from work v late, tired eyes so will reread tomorrow on train). Funny they dont say much about the gastric test which according to their website would be launched early 25.. as for the figures £2m seems a fairly decent marketing budget. I would hope this is spent on getting our product to market with royalties generated from this topping up marketing budget for other products they are targeting. I've got to agree with some of techs earlier comments that the figures are somewhat uninspiring. There are some headline figures on the webpage 1.3m revenue year 1 projected 2,000% revenue increase between years 2 & 3 with 4.6m revenue year 3. Not sure their maths stacks up there i make 1.3m x20 £26m. In any case they take 10% royalty from us so year 3 revenue of £4.6m would mean sales are £46m assuming ours is the only product. Not exactly going to set our share price on fire not sure what our gross profit would be on those sales. What there is to like about their offering is the desire to quickly grow product portfolio and rinse and repeat. If they tap into the market, make the right connections with our product they could have real success in selling other product lines to the same connections. I get the impression they could be much bigger than our product and ultimately worth an investment. Right now I'm too top heavy on ciz plc
