April was given in a number of rns s in the 12m or so lead up to that date including one this year. Given the years and years of patience most of us here have needed a few months extra is no big deal but for some reason not launching in April is really starting to annoy me. It would have been better not to mention a launch date.

Ive worked in the industry many years. To me demonstrates callums inexperience in dealing with auditors. Managing shareholder expectations is also lacking. He shouldn't set a sign off target that can't be met.

The espisode may be unfortunate but it changes little so far as accounts are concerned. This is not impressive. These accounts are particularly simple. One of callums fundamental tasks is to get these accounts done and keep market informed.

If I was a betting man id say callums having a job getting auditors to sign off on going concern statement. But whatever the delay this isnt impressive. Simple set of accounts should not take so long.

Note 17 in accounts 230k deferred income expected to be recognised in p&l during 2025.

Tech, i guess the advance royalties would need to be earned out before further royalties will be paid. So even if launch is imminent there is a sort of debt to pay with initial sales.
