Its a complicated issue and looks like a few people might miss out on the chance to but their extra shares (me being one being with AJ Bell) but I think the logic behind the decision not to list makes sense. Im assuming they done it to avoid a mass sell off on day one for those not interested in the gold. Hopefully the period between Ricca new company and an eventual listing will be full of positive news which makes it compelling to hang onto your shares. Though to be fair constant good news hasn't done much for the share price in IRR.

Looks like more manipulation to me - especially when it was an in/out transfer, so not direct effect on the MM - just us mere mortals waiting, twiddling our thumbs for the company to break their silence on the demerger. It was announced on the 1st of June and not a thing on it since, 4 month later.

I don't think piedmont would have giving the deal the big push in their reports/releases if it wasn't given the nod by our partners. Maybe part of that agreement was why they only got 50% takeoff and not the full lot.

Bakuraku is one of numerous paid derampers that lurk on a lot of LSE boards lately hence he has only popped up recently since the good news dropped , thankfully he is consistently being called out for his BS.

Raku, there are companies all over AIM that aren't mining yet but have good market caps based on their assets. Diffrent commodity but how did GGP get over a billion market cap but is a few years from production. Quite simply as the value of our asset increases so will the share price and we should already be far higher. Anybody out now misses out on the gold company shares which will have more great assets.

That looks like an amazing deal for both parties, a true partnership !

Some people will be rightly nervous to jump in on a great RNS given the historical action after positive news, our last RNS which was great, resulted in us being 10% down at one point. Until the ongoing manipulation of the price stops people will be hesitant to jump in. For those who treat this as an investment rather than a trade, we will be rewarded and todays news is vital to the end goal. We should be priced much higher - the fundamentals are too strong now to stay at this level for much longer.

Its nuts - we are worse off than we were on Friday even with rumours of a leak yesterday pushing the price up.
