The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Raft of buys yesterday and they didnt shift the price. Small sells today and they suddenly shift us.
Iron ore continuing its ever increasing climb, would like to think that the board are seriously looking at selling this asset given that their focus is now on lithium and gold. I know its been mentioned on here that there would be a high capex set up cost so why not dispose of the asset and let someone else with deeper pockets take it.
Well predicted Bozi, everything after that 13.10 sell was a buy so nice to see it come back at the end of play, though on the balance of buys and sells we should have finished up.
Likewise Jollifant, I've just tried a dummy sell for a large amount and been offered 13.70. The amount Ive tried would normally go to no trade available so id be amazed if what we've seen this week is majority sells. As you say Ive seen a few amounts match up for buy and sell.
With the reported spread not matching reality its easy for these to look like sells.
Its a long time since this could be seen as traders share so it would be nice to see some steadying of the ship now at this ridiculously low price.
Strange one, we might see some buys pop up later to match them as we did earlier in the week with the 150k buy and sell. Dont know why they are popping up delayed.
150k buy popped up now to match it so looks like someone just maxing out their ISA allowance for the year with a bed and ISA
Another daft couple of sells and they take us down again
Do you think it was a sell Mike?. Given that we have dipped albeit briefly into the 13s the last couple of weeks id be amazed if it was a sell for that amount at 14. Looks increasing ly unlikely also when you consider it was in one lot and didnt crash us down by a good 10%. The buy price at the time on the 25th was only minimally above 14.
The Ewoyaa beast keeps growing and this news has got to have pricked the interest of major battery suppliers now, if not one of our own backers to look at outright ownership or JV.
Hi NTS - thought the same but the market makers could have taken us down lower than they did on the back of sales over the last couple of days (they normally do !).
They probably have an excess of shares from those sales now so hence the price rising slightly on the back of a good morning so far.
Nice to see and long may it continue. Yesterdays news with the ever growing asset means more buys from me as and when I can.
I cant think of a single bad news RNS in the last 24 months (even the 20p raise was good to get funding in the bag)so its frustrating to see us down here. The potential here is fantastic and i dont think we are to far away from the potential being realised but the board need to have a good think about how they get the news out to the masses.
When a few more sells outweigh a few more buys by a balance of 6k and that wipes a few million of the market cap, and with it a few quid from investors pockets its easy to see why people get defensive with you Munchbox, when you pop up gloating.
There isnt a great deal Vince or Len can do about this, they must be sick of seeing the price down here given another fantastic update this week, as the others have said the market cant continue to ignore us with the grades we have, as we keep proving up the resource and with grades improving our time will come.
Mon - more sells than buys - price finishes down
Tue - pretty much equal on buys and sells - price finishes down!
Today - buys far outweigh sells (albeit small volumes) price finishes down !
Agree we need a clear a path from board but MMs frustrate the hell out of me given the above.
At the 2nd April meeting do you think we will get some idea of the plans for (upto) 15% share issue instead of cash consideration agreed yesterday at the EGM?
I though we might have heard some more detail prior to the EGM, Or do you think its purely just put aside as an option to protect cash, with little intention to fully use the 15%
What on earth can be it in for Zorbas and his pals to mess this up so badly and basically go AWOL on communications.. We have what is generally accepted as a great asset, in an area surrounded by majors and with a commodity that is rising in value. Its criminal (sadly not legally!) just how badly this has been handled.
Surely if there is no desire to progress it as a going concern it would make sense to just state this rather than stringing people along.
Thanks Toro, disappointed in last couple of days SP action especially given updates and news from conference but happy to keep accumulating at these prices.
Does anyone know of a site with a more reliable indication of actual sells/buys. My small top up today is showing in a group of sells for the day and some others which look like sells are most likely buys looking at the current ask price from a dummy buy. This has been reflective of a few of my buys over the last few weeks.
Morning all, given where we are now in terms of a greater focus on the 3 jurisdictions which IRR think will yield the greatest results why do you think the sale of the Iron Ore sites in Gabon isn't been considered.
We seem to have moved away considerably from this area.
We are only 15% off the highs of 2016 iron ore prices surely it would be a quick win in terms of cash in the bank given the expected increase for demand.
