I was very disappointed regarding the lock in of shares by the companies that funded RGM to find out the directors flipped them only an hour after the RNS.
Why were they allowed to take them at 2.5 and sell them at 3.0 damaging the share price.
The directors of these companies need to think beyond lining there own pockets in the short term before everyone realises and they run out of options for there future.
