Hi Dipp if we have the financial clout to buy out Newmont and there 70% surely it would be in our interest to force the sunset clause as soon as possible.

Rather than giving them extra time.

Just a thought as they say business is business and it might put a rocket up there jacksy!

So you are saying they already have the information/belief on one of the other tenements all barring dotting the i’s and crossing the T’s they have something there!

The reason I ask the question is these big hitters were bought in early, premiership players in division 2.

I am quite sure Sean could have handled HAV on his own !

Let’s say if the sunset rule comes into affect are we looking at the same FMV valuation as the 5%.

If that’s the case with a 50% increase in the MRE that puts it at $60m +50% =$90m for 5% times that 14 comes to $1.26b that seems cheap:)))

Get ready for that day to come (oh and there will be the Telfer problem)

On 8m of sell’s to 6m of buy’s it goes down half a pence!

Wait until the DTM when there’s 50-100m of buy’s , thats when the real shouting starts!

Now what’s in his presentation we do not know, wether it is the entrance to the centre of the earth where you can pick precious stones of stalagmites or a river of gold!

Who knows?

But when they are willing to back a non producing/ earning AIM company with that kind of money, there’s got to be something good there!

Also he keeps stating non scientific terms for the benefit of us non educated folks .

It’s not do to stressing it’s down to the fact that when your FMV of probably 10p-20p ie £500m-£1b mcap gets reduced to 6p £300m mcap and makes you a target for a cheap take over!

That’s when it becomes important!

Just my opinion of course but hey it didn’t happen and I still wonder if a silly offer got put forward and rejected?

Just thinking about it, if they bought the shares or borrowed the shares at 10% higher, they have lost £10k !

So if they done the same procedure 3 times they have knocked off close to £100m for £30k !

That’s bad isn’t!

I think all of them type scenarios will be good for us and Sean has a definite value in his head for all scenarios.

Looking at it, I think anyone wanting to buy us out of HAV have missed their chance now.

For me the price would be too high after the revised MRE and the known potential.

What could be interesting is what newmont want to do with Telfer!

I wonder if anyone did make us an offer?
