Good morning All I hope you are all well!

Time is passing by and we are getting closer to what was a dream a few years ago!

Now it’s getting closer to reality ( not set in stone) as of yet, but we are looking the likely buyer, either in partnership with someone else or on our own!

Now I know investors like security and would like to know where the money is coming from, but surely this has to be worth a punt!

I just cannot work out why the sp has not started to creep up!

I have seen shares double just on a rumour of this magnitude, ours is not a rumour it’s fact!

Just very confusing!

Hi Dipp if they go for a fund raise which could be likely, will there have to be a vote on it?

I am okay with it if that gives us all in sundry, but it will have to be us pi’s will get the same deal as the ii’s!

Isn’t this a bit like getting several quotes for the builder, you already know who you are going to use , but you are just making sure you are not getting your pants pulled down.

There’s a perfect match here and could be quickly resolved and possibly that may suit both parties.

But you could be right, haggling over a few thousand and millions is a bit different, but surely the concept is the same!

They will put the feelers out and see what responses they get, but I can’t see these being sold separately.

You imagine if the deal for HAV went through and the Telfer one fell through!

What a nightmare for them!

I would bet a penny to the pound it’s coming our way!

I think it all depends on what price Newmont have in mind, for me I think when newmont bought out Newcrest they must of had this sale in mind, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they are just dotting the i’s and crossing the T’s !

Just my opinion and I am now normally wrong!🤔

Wasn’t our AISC about $650 not sure if that included the +10% agreement, but if we add 50% for inflation costs that’s roughly a $1000 !

So looking rosy all round!
