According to The Australian newspaper article Margin Calls!

The sale of Telfer has not going well for Newmont, after Telfer was out of action for 8 weeks earlier this year after workers spotted sinkholes in the tailing facilities.

Heavy weather up in the remote north has caused a second stoppage, all at a time when they are showing Regis resources, Ggp and even though denied by Northern Star. Resources but widely rumoured around the facilities!

That should knock a few more million off!

I am in Australia at the moment but I have noticed a lot more attention towards the tradesmen, ( more people trying to get you to work for them) !

Site agent wise , they have upset so many it scares me!

But culpepper if this falls flat where would they get their lost earnings from?

I am sure they are here for a better reason than gamble on a AIM junior miner!

For starters they got the MRE 2 out and boost the price of the 5%!

Secondly I think they all had a part in organising the finance to mine and thirdly they in themselves being on the board have given Ggp the respect of the Newmont board that Ggp deserve!

All in my opinion of course

I think you are missing the point, these people could have got the same job elsewhere for more money!

But instead they have joined us a 2 bit junior explorer, with no income no funds and 30% which was by most people’s view going down to 25% !

Why ?

In my view there is a lot more than HAV in Ggp , just look how quickly they wanted to offload TAZ , to concentrate on the Paterson region!

Just a thought!

Shaun when he first was touted it was very early days I think about 3.6m Oz MRE on the radar and he has been building a team over the past couple of years to its current level!

Now this all happened well before Newmont takeover and knowledge of the sale of HAV/Telfer!

Should we not be asking ourselves the question why did they want to pile in for 25% of HAV and the other licenses?

Answers on a postcard please!

To answer that question ‘if nobody wants Telfer’

Then I would imagine we get paid to take it , or they will have to pay massive costs to close it and decommission it!

Either way we should see the benefit!
