Thank F I have my day job!

Every year I seem to be waiting for the big present and this year I may well be disappointed again!

I really thought this year was going to be the one!

Hey ho let’s see what transpires, we still have a few trading sessions left!

I can’t see what’s holding it back ( yes I know we have more shares) but we also have a lot more mine and freedom.

Something not right!

Culpepper can I ask your thoughts on wether or not Newmont let the package of Telfer/Hav go cheaper if they got the 20% of Ggp at that reduced rate , knowing by year end it would of doubled and in a round about way they got the price they wanted and Ggp would be able to get the deal through they wanted.

But unfortunately there is casualties on the way, but give them there dues they did put some on the open market and as spades said there’s a lot of people who took advantage!

So in my view as this is how I see it that this will only go in one direction!

No company is immune to shorts , I remember during COVID Rolls Royce got hammered ( obviously from the ban on flying) and the shorts hammered them!

There was even talk of the yanks taking them out, so they had to do a fund raise plus also I am not sure if a foreign investor can take control because of the military contracts.

They went down to 70 odd p , but now look at them, could well be the same with us!

What makes it interesting is we are now in charge and they would have to wait in line and we would have the upper hand in negotiations and that’s even if Shaun is interested!

We were stuck in that position for years and now it’s our time!

Let’s see what he wants and let’s him finish his chess match, he’s been playing with one hand behind his back!

Now he has free air and no excuses, ready made stock pile, processing plant, Tier1 ( world class) mine and fully financed!

Now is the hour for Ggp!

Well the building in East Midlands has still been pretty much full pelt ( as much as can be) site management still rubbish and materials are getting worse!

Standard of work is good ( with what we are given) .

Just think about what is happening now!

Everyday we are now producing gold and are masters of our own destiny!

We can start planning for the Hav gold ( not needing to rush as we already have a stockpile, happily left for us)

We can start looking at where we would like to drill in our licenses ( yes licenses) without having to go to a second party for the okay.

Most importantly we are at our time schedule for the MRE and pfs , without having to wait for the senior party to produce one and all the LTH remember waiting for the last one!

Remember the futures bright the future is ours the future is Ggp!

When you think about the fact that Newcrest spent about $300m on refurbishing Telfer and the stock pile value we got this cheap and seems to me the threefold we got from Hav ownership is thrown in!

Or am I seeing this wrong and missed something?

Me personally I thought we would have doubled when we took over!

I have seen shares double just on a rumour, never mind getting lock stock and a ready made stock pile!

But hey nothing surprises me anymore!

Anyway there should still be a rerate, I bet if we lost 50% of our 30% we would be turned over!

Hi spades I understand what you are saying about trading pot and having other pots, we all have (LTH) because we have bought on the way down!

I thought you done a big sale on the raise and paid off your car?

I forget how much you said you had floating in your savings account but it was considerable amount, but you must have a trading account to do that deal!

But what I am saying about trading at this level of 5%~10% is high risk if wanting to buy back in!

And when/if a big rns drops or a big buyer decides to up the ante then maybe and maybe me/Fomo can’t see the value to risk!

But hey I am new to this and maybe I have it wrong!

Hi Colin and the other thing I can not understand is who would be selling at this price!

Let’s not say the shorts because if it is, they would be stupid and there must be easier and less riskier shares to short!

I did expect a rerate and a lot higher sp!

Am I the only one in this camp ? Or have I read this wrong ?

When you go from 30% to 100% of 8.4moz and throw in Telfer, stock pile and Telfer mine, also 100% financed, earning from day one!

It just seems strange no rerate!

I know we 13b shares in issue but we 3 and 1/3 more mine🤷‍♂️

Anyway hopefully this is going to tick up to its true value.

I understand what you are saying, but look at the trading last week something spooked the market!

So as I said in my initial statement , I expect a Rns Monday or Tuesday to confirm or deny that news!

Hi Dillon something is floating around that the electric’s At Telfer are playing up and they are using generators!

But hopefully that will be confirmed or denied one way or another!

I don’t think it’s a massive problem long term but initially the handover may be delayed or assurances may have to be confirmed by Newmont!

Hi ynwa and all for advice and sometimes you must think this person is an idiot and deserves to be burnt , because I am still learning! Ain’t we all, but the question’s I put out there are for my benefit and I appreciate it from the more learned investors!

But also I put them out there for the quiet people who are trying to learn as well and the more knowledge shared the more pi’s who are trying to look to their future will get involved, but also it may well help there future.

But it is down to me and them how we go , for better or worse and it’s nobody else’s fault!

That’s how I see it and hopefully if my back does eventually go I may have enough knowledge to enjoy the time off!
