Cheers Bamps, it should be a very interesting few months ahead and a rerate is definitely due.

I wonder when our trading update comes out in march with our bank balance it should give us a indication of the production costs of the already mined ore and then April we will have our first full quarterly.😊

Looking at the link you put up on the Ggp chat it shows the Hav MRE of 8.4moz resources.

Dated December 2023 is there going to be a new update or is that it until the dtm or is there new drill results to come?

To be fair good dividend and I feel the housing market is at a turning point, people are starting to feel a bit more financially stable and the worst is behind us!

Production will need to increase so profits can increase, we are ( as is all the other HB’s )over staffed in the office and we need to have more units.

The only problem is the workers are flat out and not enough coming through, over the next 10yrs a third of the workforce will be reducing and that includes me !

Let’s start getting proper apprenticeships going, give the youngsters a chance to make mistakes without being humiliated and confidence destroyed before they even start!

Here’s one for the Doubters.

When Shaun bought this team together all he had was 30% of Hav and with the possibility of losing 5% for pennies 😊

+ his other licenses , now what was it they saw that made them throw there weight behind Ggp.

For me it’s not the 30% of a 10moz + or 20moz+ mine and I don’t care what anyone says there’s no way you could of predicted us getting 100% Hav , Telfer with now massive resources and a £1b worth of mined gold !

All this happened 3 years ago this board in the making, now what is it in the background we don’t know about!

The banks know about it, twiggy knows about it and the board knows about it!

But what is it?

In my view it’s going to be something very special and I ain’t missing out!😊

The real handy thing about this is you will have nice evening reading of Rns around about 7-9ish pm and then you can sleep the sleep of righteousness and think about what you are going to do in the morning 😊

I understand what you are saying but at least with AIM you have no stamp duty.

On the main index there is only a few who have that benefit and I believe one of the criteria’s is if your head office is in a tax free haven!

We had this discussion on this board a while ago, I know Glencore was one of the companies, I forget who it was but they displayed a list of them and also why they were exempt!

The Ccs board said we 100k workers short from 5yrs ago and a third of the construction workers are over 50

Pretty bang on from what I have seen!

Before they rush through apprenticeship’s they should concentrate on retaining the workforce they have.

Hi Risey I respect everyone’s views but this is not strictly true , British standards are quite broad.

Let’s look at the problems persimmons had with the concrete bricks there last director made them use. ( it cost them a fortune in repairs) now he has moved to avant and they are having the same issues.

Bloors now do not skim the plaster board, they tape them, sand them and paint them.

Millers now in garages have reduced the height to 2.1m to top of plate so if you want a personal door it has to be on the gable side or else you can’t get it below the plate. ( saving’s on one or two courses across so many garages =profit)

There are many other things I could mention.

Also we have had to set aside how many millions for cladding issues and they were passed!

But hey what do I know.

Cheers Ben and please don’t take offence, it’s not aimed at you it’s aimed at the HB’s they think by saving a few pounds on certain things is good but it has ( normally) the reverse affect and it’s normally the tradesmen who end up out of pocket
