You are west mids if I remember correctly, I am East Midlands, we are still very busy and it’s looking like the rates are increasing slowly ( brickwork wise) .

But I must admit the inexperienced site agents are costing us money and time, but what gets my goat is their arrogance that they think they are god and cannot take criticism, but they know how to kiss backsides!

The funny thing is they don’t realise there jobs on the line if they don’t get the numbers done in time!

But hey ho what do we know, we have only got 35yrs experience each and they have a degree!

But you can’t build houses if no one will come to your site as the agent is finding out now, our boss is having to promise the earth to get people to go on there!😂

Hi Dip I just wonder if it is getting pushed back to 2028 ish, they may be contemplating putting a processing plant there.

They may well be financially in a position to do that then and if they can keep Telfer going with the other licenses around there.

Just a thought and not sure if it would be financially viable!

If you think about it a independent body valued the 5% at $60 million, gold has doubled and the MRE has doubled, so that gives $240m times 20 = $4.8b 🚀

Hi matty I understand your frustration especially when we had a higher mcap when we had 30% of maybe and now we have 100% of a definite + a processing plant + a separate mine + £1b of mined ore!
