Hi YNWA I’m not saying you are wrong ( i hope you’re wrong) but we will no longer need to print more shares as we have already done the funding and the stock pile means we will be earning from day one!

Now I’m not sure how it works when we join the Asx , does it mean we have to print more for that market ?

If so how many?

Or do they just gain access to our share pool?

What does surprise me is the trading seems quite low to me the past few days especially as we are talking days for the handover 10 days max. !

I just thought the dials would be going wild, with either shorts closing or some big investors taking positions!

But hey we will soon see when the deal is complete and Shaun and the market takes stock of what we have and try to value it!

I believe the stockpile should go quite a way to paying back what we paid for Telfer and from some peoples view , a hell of a long way!😊

You do have to wonder if they are in it together!

If at the end of trading you tried to buy at let’s say £11 you would end up with best price ie let’s say £6.90

But how on earth do they always manage ( not just this share) get about 10% below last sale in normal hours!

As I say during Covid Glen was great fun to trade Ivan was in charge and I reckon they were in court once a month ( which made for great drops) .

I’m sure there legal team must of been paying rent, they were there that often!

A very dodgy outfit, based in Switzerland and nobody really knows what there true value is.

They done a great move during COVID by being paid to fill up their tanker’s with oil, when the refineries were all full and then selling later !

I still believe that trading arm is still going, they made a fortune!

Let’s also not forget Newmont have 20% of Ggp at a price of 4.8p there profit margin when/if they sell after the agreed period of time,is already up 50%.

So did they sell Telfer/Hav cheap so as they can have shares in Ggp on the cheap?

Hi Tinners that is exactly what that stockpile is for also newmont and Ggp have money set aside and an agreement for the first year!

Wages is sorted and we have a ready made company which will be making a profit from day one!

Hi Jerry I believe there’s a few companies on the main index who you do not pay stamp duty on .

One I know is Glencore but they are a Swiss company and I believe there offices are offshore and I would imagine the others are offshore .

Glencore has done me well in the past for trading.

I might be wrong .

Hence the reason Shaun quickly made his offer.

When the 5% debacle was going on Newcrest could have bought 5% for $60m we offered them $85m for 5% and that was when the MRE was half what it is now.

Add to that telfer and the other licenses etc + stockpile!

What figure do we have for our mcap now?

Interesting times ahead and a lot further for the sp to go!
