Thanks GW. I assumed it would be dilution but was not sure what the overall effect would be.
Think this has potential to do well and fully expect the current contract signed with NHS till March to be extended.
Thanks very much for explaining the likely impact, feel more at ease on my timing now :-)
Hi all, on back of todays RNS for block listing of 4,000,000 shares to be admitted on 11th January, what are peoples opinions on what effect this will have on the share price (if any)?
I am still new to investing and am learning, but to me it seems to be that this is a dilution and bad timing on my part if this is the case as I only bought in yesterday.
Appreciate any thoughts and advice on the same.
Thx.
Hi Talatum, also found the Barclays platform confusing in how to buy your rights if you chose. Say you hold 1000 Shares, you can enter max 1000 shares to then buy your rights, then there is also the excess field to enter. So am I right in saying that if I want the 3 for 2, I would enter 1000 in the rights field to the max number of shares held, then in this example buy 500 excess in the additional field?
Hi All, very new to RI and have never been in this situation. Am also with Barclays where cost to buy rights issue is 0.97p, so am very confused when it says it should be 0.92 Euro.
Also see that the share price has actually dropped over 11% today and so am really unsure what is the best way to go on the rights issue. Believe I have to buy or sell my rights by close of today?
Appreciate many people will have a different view on this, but would appreciate any input and also if anyone else has Barclays and can explain how they have 97p for the rights??
