I learnt very quickly to not buy based on recommendations and even more no based on BB comments, people that hold a share are naturally bias as they want it to move up, same as people that lost money on the stock for some reason generally want to see it move down. Normally the people that rampers call out for "deramping" are normally the realists that aren't emotionally attached to the company.

VAST, LEK and GGP and are main holdings at the minute with a small amount in 7 DIG and ORCP that I trade every now and then. I was in UKOG for a good while trading in and out of it but decided to get out untill they sort out the water ingress issue which should be sorted this month but after their previous escapades with destroying wells it was too much of a risk to still hold there for me personally. I was very lucky with LEK that I traded out the friday before the suspension and now sat on a sub 3p AVG, which for a company of such high value assets and income is insane, it may take a few months and alot of decent RNS's to get back but I believe it will get back to 10p+ on another financing deal announcement.

In terms of the AIRBNB private IPO, I wouldn't know much about it, I'm a simple trader that does everything online, but from the cynical point of view it reads very much like a scam unless they can offer the placing through your current broker but it almost reads like they want to do it off the books/in their own broker system which means you're money is in their hands if they are a scammer. Maybe someone more clued up on that type of thing can give a better insight.

Ripley, I believe we'll see faster gains with VAST in the short term moreso from these levels and the type of news we have pendind. Although by the end of the year GGP will probably have had similar rises all being well given the signifcance of the resources them and Newcrest have stumbled upon. GGP is inherently derisked due to the massive somewhat proven find that is so big they are still trying to find the edge of it and the fact they have a massive partner onboard so funding isn't much of an issue.
But like you say AIM is gamble and a lot of the time you gotta go with your gut, take the recent stuff with LEK to show you how quick things can go from great to terrible

It was bound to retrace without news, towards the end of the week we'll probably see the same wave of rise come back in anticipation. Certainly going to be adding more at these levels

GGP is good for long term holding, even from its current price, the issue is that as proven by VAST tends to be a losing strategy in AIM, you're better off getting out with profit then buying back in as the inevitable luls between news take place and the SP drops. AIM is notoriously news driven and to make it worse you can get excellent news that either not enough of the market understands to buy in on or even worse, another company with more limelight gets an RNS on the same day and all the money moves there.

Vast will see a rise but i think its optimistic to shoot for 1p based on the MoU announcement alone. The only time we get 1p is if they actually put some effort into an RNS and give juicy figures, timelines and grades rather than, "We got permission to mine diamonds" lol

One would hope after all this time this will be perfect oppo to get it signed off and Zimb to live up to their policy of open for business and increasing as they keep claiming

and I guess more importantly, in the same building as the MoM and Pres!

Bid is continually ticking up, watched it go from 0.85 to 0.8775 over the last 5-10mins

At least for once we know for a dead cert hes going to be in the country
