I don't see why people keep taking the CEO valuation as gospel for what the company is worth, the market decides not the CEO.
Going based on the broker note I'll draw your attention to

Using our DCF valuation model (10%DR) we arrive at attributed NAVPS of 0.37p
adjusted for the development stage of each project. Upside to the valuation lies
within further de-risking of the Vast portfolio of assets narrowing down the P/NAV
discount that may potentially yield a ~180% increase in attributed project value
($68m v $191m) translating into a 1.22p NAVPS.

So thats 1.22 even after derisking however I will make a note that their estimates are very conservative in both growth, speed to production and very dependant on derisking which only truely happens after we have got our first surveys from Chiadzwa to evaluate grades and the BP JORC completed. Their estimates also are very conservative on grades for both BP and Chiadzwa, so realistically its more in the 1.5 - 1.7 range. I can't really be bothered rereading but I don't know if it also takes into account the amount of already mined resourced stockpiled at BP and how quick processing and sale of this could potentially provide additonal instant cashflow to push for quicker production in BP or Chiadzwa or reduce debt quickly which also derisks the company massively. No doubt this will bag 1 or 2 times on signing but we'll be waiting untill BP JORC and production update for a few more then hopefully a few more when we get diamonds flowing.

Doubt it will be Monday, I'll probably buy in Monday and let the hype train rise us a lil bit then get out Thursday morning if nothing has come true. EUA is too good to be out of for too long atm IMO

This might sound like a silly question and don't take it as a deramp cause im also in here as of a few days ago. What if the flanks don't get signed off by SevZapNedra for some reason? Is that even a posibility or is consulting them more of a formality?

End of the day we all know what needs to happen and we wall want it to happen. We are at bargain levels at the minute and a perfect entry point as even positive updates on BP will see a decent rise from this point. We don't need randomw rampy posts claiming stuff no one knows. the facts are all in the recent RNS's. A quick read of the interim report gives a clear picture of where the company stands and where it can go this year.

The ATLAS RNS was weird and seem like a very calculated dig at the naysayers. Going on your theory I would imagine they would know by now if the deal was to be signed at event next week so surely they'd have that RNS out already? You seem to be forgetting that the ZIMB deal is protected under an NDA unlike the ATLAS deal so what they can put out is very much up to the people under the NDA. I'm not an expert so I don't know how much this allows them to skirt around the RNS rules of posting price sensitive information. The issue we will have is that like any AIM share we are going to have heavy selling into the rise. Will it hit 1P? Sure, when we are producing, but at the minute we are a company with incredible monthly cash burn, debt that will need repaying, diamonds we can't mine yet and a mine we have no idea how far progressed it is. The next operational update will put us in a clear position hopefully

Yeah it would if we got that RNS. But with nothing to indicate it's coming I'm very doubtful it will. The market got to nearl .5p in October because we was told imminently and then it fell when it didn't come. The market doesn't forget and won't make the same mistake again. I more than anyone would like it to be .40s before signing to give us a better launchpad but i don't think it will happen.
Our best case scenario is for the signing, BP update on equipment and JORC results to all fall within a week or 2 of each other to keep the momentum going and we might just hit 1p

Only a loss if you sell to be fair mate but I agree, means the rush on news drop will cause it to spike and receed a stupid amount. Would much rather be sat around .35 for the MoU news drop so it doesn't retrace much

IMO next week is the closest possibility of a sign off we have had in a good couple of months, for once i'm genuinely excited
