Very easy to assume the 5M seller is also the 5M buyer, very easy for them to move the price around at these levels with news so close, sell into the PI rises, buy at the bottom pushing the price back up abit, allow the SP to gain some momentum, start selling again, rinse and repeat, easy 5-10% each trade till they eventually get out when the new lands.

If they are pushing for earlier than June/July, I would expect this to be April/May time. In the current climate I imagine sooner is better incase corona causes more lockdowns.

Having such a big entity pushing for a prioritised signing means that more than likely once the LOI application is submitted it probably won't be the full 15 day wait. A massive vote of confidence that they want to push this through as quick as possible with high profile backers at every stage.

So JIA is expected to be formally signed on 10th April or before. So even quicker than the 3 months you quoted.
