OVerall the markets are down which drops the share price anyway, the massive spread isnt helping matters either

In the current market positive updates don't seem to do a whole lot when the entire market is down 3%

Interestingly the DOW finished 5% up yesterday, if it can do the same again when it opens today it might prop us back up to les than 5% down

The real issue is, in the current market the diamond RNS is going to get very heavily sold into, I'd be surprised to see the intial rush go over .40

While I agree, I think we can both agree all parties involved want this to happen, and quickly.

Don't disagree, just obviously cagey in regards to timeline as most people would be, nothing worst than giving a deadline and raising expectations and then missing it if its out of your hands at the point.

Verbal approval seems like its definitely been given and there is just due process to follow.

Very about the point in regards to whether the documents are done for the LOI but pretty sure the long and short of it is that the required documentation is complete and the process is about to be underway however no timeline can be given on how long it will take as it is a government process. Appears to be very cautious to not raise expectations incase it takes longer than expected but all positive from what I heard.
