Impoetant distinction yo make, we didnt drop due to competition or bad news. We dropped due to a large II selling churning placing shares all day.

I agree that things are changing but we are also moving into world were many countries are adopting track and trace. Tourism guidelines are coming out and advising all vistors need to be tested on arrival. Testing is going to be paramount going forward. Sure the covid bubble might not be as strong as it was but its definitely not popped like the dot com bubble. Many investors are sat on large percentages of cash waiting to see how the market reacts in the coming weeks. Once real recession fears hit the only safe plays will be the companies that can survive a 2nd lockdown and covid stocks as they show continued orders.

I'd prefer that you didnt at all to be honest seen as you have nothing of value to add and clearly arent invested or interested in getting invested

Its amazing how the derampers also come out on the negative days but didnt exist when this was doing 50% days on its own. If you think placing shares holding this down constitutes a dumpyou have no idea what a dump is. There was one MM sat pounding the ask all day and thats it. One big background seller which i suspect is an II churning placing shares just like we had all week. Once the seller is done then it moves up, seen it time and again and only knowledge in the markets will let you understand whats going on here. Not to mention the order updates that will be forthcoming. If you think theres still no market for tests you're going to have a rude awakening.

Imagine blaming your own incompetence on a share and thinking it would "spite" GDR to purchase a different companies shares. You've got a lot to learn, most importantly that its not personal.

Big background order it seems, i'm sure we'll see some more hefty late trades. Once we are done churning and the shares are in tighter hands i think we should see similar rises to pre-placing even with the new amount of shares in issue. The momentum should pick up once order updates start dropping

I expect if no news in the morning, a steady rise throughout the day and maybe a scramble to get in before close of play. 3 days is alot of time for GDR to recieve CE mark news and continue setting up relationships.

They can't hold the CE RNS from the market as it is price sensitive, they have to inform the market once they are informed of the application outcome

Just checked, strangley quiet from the normal faces that were ramping Friday eve but not here Monday morning defending the placing.

Ultimately the placing does add value to the company but AP said it himself, shareholder sentiment means that its just another kick in the teeth. The fact that he trys to make out it was a hard decision for them to take doesn't sit right with me. I think they've realised the potential dilutive effects of the atlas funding means they had to push through 1.5m worth of placings to try and get in a position of refinancing as the road to production isn't coming quick enough to avoid it. I think the next few months will be up up and away for vast or further into death spiral. No one is arguing the BP asset isn't a great asset and has untold value that is getting uncorvered as we speak, its just whether its enough to pull in better financing when most countries are on the brink of recession.

MCAP is low but due to the amount of shares in issue it means massive volume is needed for it to rerate and any reasonable speed.

Immediately by looks of it, the broker will also have recieved the shares too but doesn't look like much forward selling unless it was that which muted the rise from the previous RNS, wouldn't suprise me.

With them going to directors i guess we can assume they weren't getting sold straight away not that they'd need to announce as neither of them actually own over 1% nevermind the reportable 3%.
It seems the good news friday ofset the bad news this morning and hit even point.

What does raise concerns is that the cash burn seems to have drastically increased so if refinancing doesn't come within the next month or 2 expect even more placings to satisfy the cash burn.

Even once the company is producing it will take a while for the cash to be realised from any sales.

Still not actual roadmap on their website to whether we are currently running reduced production that is being ramped up with the new equipment. Or any sort of roadmap to how they plan to move forward with the diamond concession when they finally get the go ahead. I doubt we will ever see any sort of financial data to show what the last 2 placings were spent on. Lots of murky waters round these parts.

Current predicition is probably around 13bln shares in issue by time production rolls around.
