Yes MCAP stays the same but generally a share consolidation in the case may see the price rise in avertedly due to it becoming more attractive to new investors with less shares in issue

Yes, consolidation increases the price per share by the factor of amount of removed shares. So for example if there is a 4 to 1 share consolidation the maths is below;

You have 600,000 shares at 0.20 = £1200

After consolidation you would have 15000 at 0.80 = £1200

Share consolidation on shares with billions of shares in issue can generally be a good thing as it makes volume/liquidity move the share price more naturally.

The main issue with consolidation is that it allows the BOD to effectively reset the equity raises and allows them to very easily start issuing shares again.

AGM takes place at 2.30 so no doubt an afternoon RNS to state vote has passed, then later into the week I would expect to see the banking binding sheet (baring any delays we are so used to...)

Atlas isnt the only outgoing.... the mine has monthly running costs that need to be covered. There will always be an air of placement scare until we receive payment as we don't know the current cash position.

It has been confirmed multiple times that it is payment within 24 hours of concentrate hitting the ship deck so please don't spout 28 day invoice drama....
