Which law firm has been retained to act for the group? I would want to know this before putting my hat in the ring. I do not use Facebook so a response on here would be handy. A simple question that just needs a clear and simple answer!

Have top sliced this so that all I hold now is profit. Could, and probably should, have held on for more but TVZ has hurt recently and am feeling a bit wary about AIM. But well done all invested here. Hope you all have the gains that you wished for and hopefully more.

absolutely no way that I will be giving any information about my holding to anyone purporting to be able to get me any money back from this stock. It is up to others what they want to do! DYOR lol

Please explain why only those involved in the support of legal action will get settlement and what I need to do to join. If decide to join what information do I need to give. I am not on Facebook so please let me know through this forum. I feel really let down by the board of TVZ and want to get something back and see them pay for their mismanagement.

I could not agree more. It is a hackneyed old saying but the price of your investment can go down as well as up. Down include the share being de-listed for whatever reason. If you look back over this page over the past few months there has been much speculation mostly positive that this thing was only ever going up - even if RNS were not exactly encouraging. I think, and it is only my opinion, that some have seen great riches from little beginnings and got blinded to making any sensible investment decisions. I have spoken to Grant Thornton and there is no hint of impropriety on the part of the BOD and shareholders do stand no chance of getting their cash back. A capping in the vein of this board will keep everybody happy but I am afraid that if anyone thinks the Board have acted improperly then their only recourse is to the law and that, I am afraid, could prove costly and time consuming given cross juristriction matters. So campaign away and i wish you luck but do not think that that alone will win the day. Sorry to be a realist but there you go.

why hide behind replacements for letters and let your true feelings out about your poor investment. It is not me you should be angry with it it either the board of TVZ or yourself for not having made a good decision. Love you - Belly

I bet you one thing - the guy who runs this site - who I can see to the left side of this page who posts the week ahead could not give a monkeys. He is just thinking Kerching to all those who have paid for access to this site. Bet he does not mention TVZ in his next post!

This was the most speculative of my holdings and believe you me I was hoping it would come good with a nice fat profit. I feel for those who have lost out. But it really is a lesson (and a hard one at that) in either making sure you spread your risk or set yourself a get out price and don't get too attached. The risk of a board like this is that you can start to feel part of a community and may hold on longer than you want because of that. How many invested here actually thought about booking through them for a holiday? If it had been listed on the Canadian market would you have been in it anyway? I hope your other shares have done well enough to cover any losses here. Oh and Mrs Belly is still ****ed off!!!!!!! Yet another bummer side to this!

...from me. Well what a bummer. So glad I top sliced this several times over that past month or so but this has only limited my loss. Sorry for those who lost out. A lesson certainly learnt by me. ........... I know is not a real sentiment in the world of stock market investment. But sometimes you come across a company that you just feel is a right fit. I am guessing, having read the JSJS website, that it started from the need to make money but also in a way that helped people along the way (the other way round would be even more amazing). I do hope that is true. I also hope that it has hit a trend in proving the aspiration generation with a way to tech up their homes like millionaires but on a budget. In that way we all benefit, customers, company and shareholders. But lets not forget that if it was intended to help those who may need it then we as capital gaining investors should also think about taking profits and applying some of them to some good. I know i will and hope that you do as well.

Only got a small holding and trying to top slice a bit of it. Sale not recognised by Halifax. But try and sell the whole lot then they want to know. Quite annoying really on the one hand but not so bad on the other so long as price keeps nudging up.

If anyone reading this wants a real laugh go to the TCG page on this site and while we TUI share holders just kick back consider that it could be worse - we could have OCD like most of the TCG share holders who post seem to have.
