My thoughts too AlanG. I’m in deep but after a chat with the rest of the family we have decided to buy in whilst in the 2s. If we lose we lose but ffs if it goes to 10p it’ll be one hell of a drinking session.

Can you explain the multiple 5000 buys and sells a few seconds apart then that are automated if it’s not being manipulated to generate cash. I never mentioned shorters.

In my opinion it’s being manipulated. If you look at the buys/sells on the exchange you can see the numbers of multiple 5000 transactions that seem to control how it rises or falls. They are every few seconds and automated.

Still plenty of buys occurring. Why not? Only needs go up a penny and 25% gain!

I’m up for putting money in. Even if it was over 3 inputs. Better to have 3 inputs at a rate of interest than lose the lot.:-)

Iambobg, I was in contact withSirius yesterday. They thank us for our support but explained that the money will not unlock the RCF. It would have to be £400mill every so often until completion as per the credit facility. They had to evidence to JPM that there was demand for the bonds first. Unless we are prepared to do an input every 6 months it’s a no go.

Closed now and I’m still here.:-)

In it to win it. Maybe I’m too positive but I still believe it will come good. I still think that the project will go ahead and we will still be part of it. If I’m wrong it’s costly to me because I told the kids I would cover their losses if it went threepenny bits up. Inside I still feel positive. If it drops to 3p I’ll still buy at 33 for a quid. :-)

I have just mailed ir again with the idea. I ask them to pass it on for someones opinion/attention within the company. You never know.

Thats the one JR. I asked ir to pass on the idea to CF. I never got a reply. Rightly or wrongly that makes me assume that things are not as desperate as may be being made out. But first rule in business, never assume!

I mailed SIrius with that suggestion. Got a reply saying they are looking at all options. I just thought that it was a fast way out of their problem. I asked them to post it on the website to test the volumes of interest. The guy that opened the website with the same idea never came back to say if he got any replies. I do believe that there is interest out there to pick up smaller denomination bonds if only they would dip their toe in the water.

Ffc, canvassed a few of my old workmates who hold shares to get their opinions. ALL of them said they would do that or buy bonds in £10k blocks at 8% per year without them being convertible. Either way is ok with me. I could stand £800 a year in interest until they were redeemed. Better than my 75% paper loss at the moment. Another bonus would be the share price would probably go up on the news of it. Anyone wanting out then could jump ship at a reduced loss.

I’m in fairly deep and do not mind going in further if they ask for the money again. I know it will give massive dilution but it will take us past the aquifer and would not slow us down. Once in production there can always be a buyback to the original 7 billion shares. I would sooner do that than hand it to someone on a plate. Even with another 10 billion shares if the divi was halved you would still have twice as many so negating the impact. Tin hat on now...

From last night just added and the 8million is now a negative sell......is that a cancelled trade again?...

I must admit that I didn’t look further back down the thread. I just commented on the Northern/ Southern Summers. Maybe something earlier in the thread was deemed to be a bit iffy?
